I've spent thirteen years in marketing, across advertising, media, fintech, FMCG, publishing and manufacturing. Consumer research, business plans, brand strategy, and the posts and scripts too.

Most brands start with what they want to say. I start with what they can own. Getting there takes a lot of questions. So I ask them, and it could feel annoying. But none of them will make you feel silly.

AI can write anything now. It still doesn't know what to ask you. Enter Branding Brews.

Isn't this just AI?

Well, yes. That's the point. We're giving AI solutions to people who don't know how to get results from AI for their brand, don't have time for the prompt struggle, and don't want a whole marketing team for a few things. The kits are our questions, not a blank chat. Want a human in the loop? That's the Custom Build: us, doing it for you.

How are the kits different from just asking ChatGPT?

Ask ChatGPT for your brand voice and you'll get 'warm, friendly, professional', just like everyone else. Ask it for content and you'll get 30 post ideas. The kits make AI do its homework first: your real customer reviews, your competitors, your proof, your goal and the hours you actually have. Same AI, much better brief.

Which one is for me?

Happy to do it yourself and have a couple of hours? A kit. Want us to do it for you? The Custom Build. Not sure where to start, or want a second opinion on what you already have? A Strategy Session.

Do I need the Brand Kit before the Content Kit?

No. They're separate. Have brand guidelines? Paste them into the Content Kit. Don't have any? It builds a quick foundation with you. Done the Brand Kit? It picks up from there and skips most of the basics.

Will the kits work on a free AI plan?

Yes. Every step works on free ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Paid plans handle long chats more smoothly and can fill the Brand Kit's deck file for you; on a free plan you paste the content in, slide by slide.

I haven't launched yet. Can I still use the kits?

Yes. The kits ask where your business is and change their questions to fit. The Content Kit can also plan your launch, if you want it to.

Can you build my brand and my content?

Yes. A Custom Build is one or the other: your brand or your content. Want both? That's the Brand + Content bundle: connect with us at hello@brandingbrews.in for the bundle price. Already have brand guidelines you love? Send them with your content brief and we'll build on them. Need more, like a full brand strategy or ongoing marketing support? That's consulting: tell us about your project.

What if I want changes?

The Custom Build includes one round of revisions after delivery. Anything beyond that is a Strategy Session.

Can I chat in Hindi or another language?

Yes. Chat with the AI in any language you're comfortable with. The Brand Kit gives you everything in English. The Content Kit writes your hooks and posts in the language you choose for your audience.

For the first 20 customers across the whole site, whatever they buy. You're counted once your payment is complete, in order of payment. Buy more than one thing while it's open, and each gets the offer price.
After the 20th payment, base prices apply to everything. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, and price differences aren't refunded.
It can't be combined with other discounts. We may end or change the offer early; anyone who has already paid keeps their price.
Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

Before you buy a kit: the honest bit

It's a digital download, and it's do-it-yourself. You get the files as soon as you pay. You run the prompts and answer the questions. No personal support, review or editing from us. Want that? Book a Strategy Session or the Custom Build.
It runs in your own AI tool: ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Free plans work; paid plans run smoother. Your AI subscription isn't included.
Your answers shape the result. Real material (customer questions, reviews, proof) makes it less generic. AI can make mistakes, so read everything before you use it.
No guaranteed results. The kits help you think and plan. They don't guarantee followers, leads or sales.
Chat in any language. Talk to the AI in whatever language you're comfortable with. The guides and the Brand Kit are in English. The Content Kit writes your hooks and posts in the language you choose for your audience.
The Brand Kit doesn't design logos or check trademarks. The Content Kit doesn't post for you or design graphics.

DIY Kits: licence

Use a kit as often as you like, for your own brand or for clients. Don't share, resell or repackage the files. Client decks made with the Brand Kit keep the Branding Brews credit. The full licence and terms come with each kit.

Custom Build: scope, 48 hours and revisions

What you get: a Brand build or a Content build, as listed above. Both together is the Brand + Content bundle.
The 48 hours start when we confirm your order by email, after we've received your payment and your completed form. If we need something from you, the clock pauses until we get it. If a busy week means we can't start right away, we'll tell you in that confirmation.
Revisions: one round, requested within 3 working days of delivery, on what was delivered. A new direction is a new build or a Strategy Session.
Your answers: the build is only as good as your form. If answers are too short or missing, we'll ask once for more, and the 48 hours start when we have them. If you'd rather we go ahead anyway, we will, but the build can only be as specific as what you tell us, and a revision can't make up for missing information.
Your information: we build on what you tell us. You're responsible for checking facts, claims and anything your industry regulates before you publish.
Ownership: once you've paid in full, what we deliver is yours to use. We'll only show your work as an example with your permission.

Strategy Session: booking and rescheduling

The session: 60 minutes, live on Google Meet. You pick your slot and pay in one go, and the Meet link comes in your confirmation.
Rescheduling: once, free, with at least 24 hours' notice. Later than that, or a no-show, and the session counts as used.
Running late: the session still ends at its booked time.
Your action plan: one page, within 48 hours of the session, counting working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Refunds and cancellations

DIY Kits: you get the files as soon as you pay, so sales are final once delivered. Exceptions: a double charge, the wrong product, or files that didn't arrive and that we can't fix within 7 days. Write to hello@brandingbrews.in within 7 days, with your order ID.
Custom Build: cancel before you submit your form for a refund. Once we've started work, we don't refund, but if we can't deliver, you get your money back in full.
Strategy Session: cancel at least 24 hours before your slot for a refund. Later cancellations and no-shows can't be refunded. If we have to cancel, you choose a full refund or a new slot.
Refunds exclude payment gateway and processing charges, except when the mistake is ours.

How we use AI, and your information

We use AI for the heavy lifting and make the calls ourselves.

What we collect: your name, email and phone number, what you tell us in forms and sessions, and your order details. Payments go through our checkout provider, so we never see your card or bank details.
Why: to deliver your order, send your invoice, answer your questions, and, only if you agree, send you occasional updates.
AI and your material: for a Custom Build or session, we may process what you share with AI tools to do your work. We don't use it for anything else. Tell us if something is confidential.
Who sees it: only us, and the tools we use to run the business (payments, email, file storage). We don't sell your data.
How long: as long as we need it for your order and for tax and accounting records.
Your choices: write to hello@brandingbrews.in to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop updates.
